The countdown to Purim continued today with a Purim fair on Shirizly street. It's starting to get chilly again and I couldn't find Chaya B's hat (I think it got left at work), but Estie shared hers.
Lev had such a fun day. He went home with his friend Netanel and then Netanel's mother brought them to the fair, where they ran into their other buddy from school, Benzion. The only one missing was Sagigi, who I have yet to meet. Lev was a bit bummed out because some of the kids were in costumes and I didn't bring any for them.

All the kids got crowns and earned stickers for them. Here Lev is answering questions about Purim. He knows that the king's name was Achashverosh, the queen was Esther and the good Jew was Mordechai.
Getting ready to knock down some bottles.
Looks like we've got a real footballer. He knocked them down with one kick!
Throwing a ball through the clown's face. More stickers earned.
Becoming a Spiderman
Can you tell these boys are the same age and go to the same school? Might they be friends? It's a meeting of the Spider-minds.
Yehudah got Spiderman face paint as well. Actually, it was really cute; the woman had closed up the face painting station and was going home, but Lev ran over to her and explained that his friend Yehudah needed to get his face painted. He dragged her over and had her give Yehudah the Spiderman treatment.

Lev had never heard of Spiderman or Superman before a week or so ago, but if one kid knows and loves, then it's a fad! Yehudah's birthday is tomorrow and the boys want to have their faces repainted as Spiderman again. Levs face is still a bit orange anyway...
Yehudah's mother taught them how to shoot webs, so that's what they're doing in this picture; shooting each other a good-bye web.
