Back to School

After deciding that Lev has perfected the art of sitting in a corner and working on art projects while bullies go unpunished, we decided to re-release Lev into the word of boundaries, rules, learning and pubic school education. He is ecstatic. In his own words, he had 'nice' time. He 'didn't' learn anything, just played, davened (prayed) and played some more. Oh, maybe learned about a special day (independence day is coming up).'

Lev even shared his baby carrots with another boy and got help on a tough computer game from a boy and a girl (names will be learned eventually).

Lev is the only white boy in a class of Ethiopians and Sephardi kids, but we think he'll do fine. He is excited about rules (yes, for real. Anthroposophy was NOT for him) and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch every day.

Estie is staying in the other gan. The boys and girls are separated for most of the day and seem to have totally different experiences. Plus, it seems to work for her.
