Mommy finally got to the post office yesterday and picked up Lev's birthday cards and gifts. He was so excited for the choo-choo and the potty book that Nama sent him, that he didn't even notice the Thomas book and had no interest in opening his other cards for a few hours. B"H he finally decided to take a peek and immediately used the stickers that Savta Bubbie sent. After a bit he decided to open the card from GG Stengle. It took him some effort to get it open, but he didn't want help. I offered and he said 'No, I do it.' In the end, he did and we spent some time looking at the nice picture of a choo-choo train.
When not opening gifts, Lev and Mommy bought and assembled a little shelf thing to help organize Lev's toy box. Mommy was getting tired of rooting through crazy ammounts of toys in order to find his trains and guys. Now we have a bucket/shelf just for trains, one for guys and one for tools and blocks. As you can see, Estie got in on the cleaning up/ organizing as well.
