Birthday Cake

Tomorrow is Estie's birthday party in school- finally! She has been waiting for this since her English birthday. I spent the day preparing her princess cake. Since I didn't have access to a mold this year I made due with a Pyrex bowl and foil pie tin. I started to put her together and realized her dress was to short for her body and threw another cake into the oven. The layers are 'glued' together with carob spread.
