For the first time in about five years, Shalom and I took a Shabbat nap at the same time on the couch today. Last night was a bit sleepless with Lev coughing and sleep walking, Estie coming into our room and then needing to be walked to the bathroom and changed, and Chaya Bracha staging a crib revolution from midnight- 2am. Oh, yeah, and there's that baby that nurses every three hours and poops at 5:30am in the dot every morning (so that we can finally start to fallback asleep when the first 'biggie' wakes up).
Anyway, we somehow talked Lev, Estie and Chaya into not killing each other while Michael was napping and, though we were woken up several times for reports by Lev and ultimately by his yell of 'Beepsie's making pee pee on you!', the worst thing that happened during my hour nap (Shalom got an extra hour) was that all of the bananas got eaten and Lev cut up the avocado. They brought all the toys and fighting to where we were and everything worked out well. Oh, and the blanket is currently in the washing machine.
