First, to finish up yesterday. After their lunch and movie, Lev, Natanel and I went to a the community Sukkot fair where there was an arts and crafts project for the kids. They made pomegranates out of newspaper and tape and painted them.

Today we started out at the Italian Jewish Museum. I'm pretty sure they shipped this synagogue from Italy... only to have my children play with things I'm pretty sure they shouldn't have.

Outside they had arts and crafts for the kids in the sukkah. The woman who was overseeing the 'event' told me that no one had shown up the day before and we were the only people today. People miss out. We got two hours of arts and crafts for 15 shekel a kid. Tons of fun!

Estie was really into this bird project and she refused to look at any color that wasn't purple. Clara joined us for the arts and crafts fun.

Lev was coloring with charcoal and it gave us the opportunity to see what he'd look like if he skipped his shave for a few days.

But Max, who turned one in June and I'm pretty sure weighs more than Estie, didn't understand her when she asked him to get off her dress. Actually, she kept saying 'Max, get offa my underwear!'

Estie and I made a long chain so, naturally, Lev had to make a longer one. Luckily for all of us, Estie walked home and her seat in the stroller went to the chains.

Estie doing a princess dance to this guy's singing. Today she was a monster princess and a fairy princess with wings. On other days she's been a Spiderman princess. This scene reminded me to swing by the dance studio and check out classes for Lev- ballet starts Monday!

Lev and Estie's friend Shelly came over and, along with Clara, they all enjoyed the newly decorated sukka!

Then we went to a Sukkot fair in one of the parks. It was quite nice. One of the amazing things about our outings this week is that none have been too crowded. Let's hope this continues.

Chaya Bracha got her junk food on as well. It's so funny to watch her pull the cheeto-like snacks from the bag.

Estie is so loving being old enough to hang with Clara and Shelly. While walking to the park, holding their hands, she said 'Mommy, I walking with my friends.' Awwww. The only drawback so far? Clara spent Shabbat brushing out Estie's hair because "Princesses have straight hair." Yeah, it starts this early.

Oh, and either it was cooler today, or we just planned better. We were out from 9-12, inside from 12-3 and out from 3-6. Better busy than bored :)
