Rewards Day

Thanks to the generosity of Tante Ruchel, our kids get to learn swimming with an amazing teacher throughout July and August. As amazing as it is, going to swim lessons every day can be a bit intense for our kids. Today was their reward day for going happily and participating without complaining.
The teacher showed his appreciation for Doobies helping to convince Simcha to put his face into the water but throwing him up into the air.
As for us, we went for hot chocolate in the morning, cleaned the house, went to the pool for swimming, baked cookies, popped popcorn, and froze chocolate filled bamba (they sell it at the movie theaters). Shalom turned the upstairs into a private theater, and we rented Peter Rabbit, which they had been begging to see. Thank goodness our kids think this is cooler than going to the theater !
