Sweaty Sunday

This morning, Chaya made breakfast for herself, and Doobies

After camp, we rushed to the train station to grab a train to Tel Aviv, to visit our cousin, Jaime Neaman, who was in town on a tour. We almost didn't make the train. B"H the kids started screaming and yelling as we ran into the station, and they held the train! We paid once on board.

Enjoying some Tel Aviv train station entertainment

The carrousel in the Tel Aviv port

had this great plan; we were gonna take the train to Tel Aviv and hang out with Cousin Jaime Neaman, at the Port. But I didn't know that the kosher place wasn't kosher anymore. So we walked to the other one, which didn't have anything gluten free - not even ice cream. So we walked back to the other side of the boardwalk to a different kosher place, which had some horrible service.
Only once we were done, did I realize we were right next to a great park. Oh, well. Learner's curve.
Then we had to walk to find a cab (which, thankfully, let us all squeeze in), and got a train home.
Of course, when we got home, Doobies, who had the hardest time all day, said "that was the best, most fun, sweaty, day ever!"
