When we bought the dollhouse last month, Chaya was upset that I didn't buy furniture. I didn't buy furniture because (a) IKEA dollhouse furniture is mini, yet still quite large, plastic versions of their children's' furniture,(b) they have tons of playmobil princess castle furniture which would fit just fine (c) I didn't feel like sinking money into something I am not sure will get use.
The other day we found some build-it-yourself dollhouse furniture kits for 5 shekel each. We now have sisters with beds and bedroom furnishings. Chaya drew a picture of a bookshelf. We are on the lookout for a couch kit (there was a pic of one in the bedroom kit).
