For my 37th birthday, I a made a paleo, carb and dairy free cake with a coconut cream frosting. It tasted like moist Passover macaroons. In a good way.
For the girls' after school program, we made a mug with pics of all the kids in the program and a cake to surprise the secretary, who runs the program.
I was asked to make a cake for Estie's end of the year party at school. It had to be gluten, dairy, and dye free. Thank goodness I remembered that I have chocolate molds for the Hebrew alphabet. It says 'congratulations on moving up to 4th grade. Best of luck.' It sounds better in Hebrew ;)
