Avraham Simcha is the 7th baby (all of our Starks and the two Wanetiks) to enjoy his time in the baby jail, aka exersaucer. We were afraid it wasn't going to make it, but after a wash by Lev and Estie with more soap and water than it takes to clean out car, they fixed it up and Mr. Baby went in. It's a little faded from sitting outside between kids, but he hasn't complained as of yet.
In other news, we are moving from our house by November 1. Where to? Not sure. Just know that it's time. The landlady cut down the trees around the house, taking away all privacy and safety (we are on a main road) and it's just time to move on. We look forward to trying one of the other neighborhoods and a home that is not adjacent to the landlord's home.
Other fun ways to start the new year? Out lovely cleaning woman, who I also call my life coach, went and got herself and office job in Tel Aviv! Can you imagine giving up the high life of cleaning up after and organizing this family? I actually see a huge positive in this as well (though she is totally welcome to change her mind and come back whenever she wants). Our kids always say 'Nadia will clean in up'. Yeah, for real. Now I can say 'We don't have a sitter or a cleaner, you need to pitch in more.' Hoping that tactic works and that we find someone to come deal with the bathrooms and floors. Not gonna lie, I am not a toilet scrubbing kid of gal. Oh, and we have that whole moving thing coming up.
